Security & data

Arkidor is built to be private by design. In plain terms:

• No analytics, no behavioural tracking, no account system. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing that profiles you.
• Client-side only. The app runs entirely in your browser. Your architecture models are stored locally (browser file system / IndexedDB for crash recovery) and never leave your device — we cannot see, access, or recover them.
• Only scrubbed crash telemetry. The single piece of data we may receive is anonymised crash diagnostics, sent to our error-monitoring processor Sentry via its EU region (ingest host *.ingest.de.sentry.io). Model content, view and element names, documentation, and page titles are scrubbed client-side before anything is sent.
• EU-hosted. The website and app are served from AWS eu-west-1 (Ireland), over TLS 1.2+ with HSTS.
• Safeguarded transfers. Sentry is a US-based processor, so any US processing of that limited telemetry is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, as a fallback, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2).
